Frolov, Dmitry Vladimirovich (politician)

Dmitry Vladimirovich Frolov was born on May 10, 1979 in a village. Poludino, Bulaevsky District of the North Kazakhstan Region of the Kazakh SSR (since 2000, Magzhan Zhumabayev District ).

In 2002 he graduated from the Omsk State University of Communications .

In 2002—2003 - Brigadier of enterprises of railway transport and subway of the Kurgan carriage depot of the South-Ural railway.

In 2003—2007 - Master, Deputy Head of the Kurgan depot of the South Ural Railway.

In 2007—2015 - Head of the wagon repair depot Kurgan of a separate structural unit of OJSC Wagon Repair Company - 3 .

From September 2014 to September 23, 2015, he was a member of the Kurgan City Duma of the sixth convocation on a non-permanent basis. Non-party Dmitry Frolov nominated by the political party "United Russia" ^[1] . Elected by single-mandate constituency number 14 ^[2] . He worked in permanent deputy commissions on the budget, taxes and fees; on urban development. He early terminated his powers in connection with his election as a deputy of the Kurgan Regional Duma ^[3] .

On September 13, 2015, Dmitry Frolov was elected a deputy of the Kurgan Regional Duma of the sixth convocation in the single-mandate constituency No. 3 “Zapadny”. Dmitry Frolov, a member of the United Russia party, was nominated by the United Russia political party ^[4] .

On September 29, 2015, by secret ballot, he was elected Chairman of the Kurgan Regional Duma of the VI convocation ^[5] . For the 36-year-old deputy who became the youngest speaker in the history of the Duma, 27 parliamentarians out of 31 present voted, 3 against, 1 ballot paper was spoiled ^[6] .

Since 2015 - member of the Regional Political Council of the Kurgan regional branch of the All-Russian political party " United Russia ".

On December 24, 2016 he was elected First Deputy Secretary of the Kurgan regional branch of the All-Russian political party " United Russia ".
