[1] [2] Other sources say that the medal was minted at the Moscow Mint from silver and had a diameter of 45 mm. The author is F. G. Muller. [3] On the front side of the coin is a portrait of Peter I. Around the medal there is an inscription: “PETRVS ALEXII FIL. DG RVSS. IMP M. DVX MOSCOVIAE. ”(“ Peter, son of Alexei, Lord of God of Russia, Lord, Grand Duke of Muscovy ”) . The siege of Mitava is shown on the back, there is an inscription: “CVRAT CONTENDERE MARTE. VIRG. ”(“ Takes care to start a war. Virgil ”). The chronogram is “1705”.
