Biography
Born June 3, 1907 in a peasant family in the village of Krasnoe, Novokhopersky district (today - Novokhopersky district ) of the Voronezh province.
From 1928 to 1941 he worked as an agronomist of the Kalacheevsky district seed-growing union. In 1936 he graduated from the Agronomy Department of the Timiryazev Moscow Agricultural Academy .
He participated in the Great Patriotic War. [one]
After demobilization from 1945 to 1955 he worked as the head of the Kalacheevsky seed site. In 1955, he was elected chairman of the Podgornoye collective farm in the Ramonsky district. In 1957 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of agricultural sciences .
In 1966, he was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor for high achievements in labor activity.
He led the collective farm until 1973.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR from the Voronezh region (1963-1967).
