Biography

Born in a working class family.

She graduated from the Stalinabad Medical School (1939) with a degree in paramedic and the Stalinabad Medical Institute (1943), during which she worked at night in the maternity hospital.

Since June 1943 - surgeon and obstetrician-gynecologist of the Kulyab regional hospital. Since 1944 - Deputy Head of the Kurgan-Tyube Regional Health Department and Head. surgical department of the Kurgan Regional Hospital.

In 1950-1953 studied in postgraduate study in Moscow (academic advisers - academician Malinovsky and professor Zhmakin, defended her thesis.

In 1958, at the age of 33, she received a doctorate in medical sciences (the first of Tajiks).

Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Tajik GMI, from 1980 to 1993, director of the Research Institute for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood of the Ministry of Health of the Tajik SSR.

In 1996-2001 lived in Iran.

Corresponding Member of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR (1969).

Rewards

Honored Scientist of the Tajik SSR (1968). She was awarded the Orders of Lenin (1960), "Badge of Honor" (1964), Friendship of Peoples (1985), and the medal "For Valiant Labor during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945."
