Gornji Klakar ( Serb. Gorni Klakar / Gornji Klakar ) is a village in the Brod community of the Republic of Serbian Bosnia and Herzegovina . The population is 467 people according to the 2013 census [1] . Until 1990, it was called Klacar-Horny .
