Biography
Since 1956, after graduating from the Kazakh State Agricultural Institute , he constantly worked in the USSR water system as a senior engineer, head of the Chiyli department of irrigation systems, Kzyl-Orda department of irrigation systems, manager of the KazHydroStroy trust, head of the South Kazakhstan regional water farm, and since 1966 - Deputy Minister of Land Reclamation and Water Resources of the Kazakh SSR , then Head of the Department "Soyuzilivstroy" under the Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Resources of the USSR and since 1974 ode - to the deputy chief - member of the board of the Order of Lenin of the Glavrissovkhozstroy under the Ministry of Land Reclamation and Water Resources of the USSR .
Baltabay Sarsenovich actively participated in the development of desert and semi-desert lands of Chimkent, Kzyl-Orda , Dzhambul and Alma-Ata regions of Kazakhstan .
Under his leadership, the Ak-Dalinsky rice massif was developed. Repeatedly elected deputy of workers [ specify ] , was a member of the Almaty regional committee of the Communist Party of Kazakhstan .
He died on January 8, 1976.
