Pir Ahmad Bagishamali ( Persian پیر احمد از باغ ) - an artist and painter who lived in the 15th century under the Timurids . He was one of the main artists in the palace of Tamerlane . He is the author of miniatures and paintings on the walls of the palace garden of Bagh-i-Shamal and other palaces. He was a contemporary of another artist under the Timurids - Abdulkhai Baghdadi . After the death of Baghdadi, continued his style of painting.

The works of Pir Ahmad Bagishamali have not survived to this day. According to some scholars, the double-page diptych of Jami’s book “The Golden Chain” stored in the Russian National Library of St. Petersburg was illustrated specifically by Pir Ahmad Bagishamali.
