Geographical position
Before the Bosnian war, the village was much larger and was part of the Brod community. After the conclusion of the Dayton Agreement, the village was divided into two parts, and its second part became a separate village of the same name in the Ojak community of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina . The local population opposes such a division and insists on joining the village of the same name to the Serb village.
