Physico-geographical characteristics
Kharlamovo is located within the forest-steppe zone of the Ishim Plain, which is part of the West Siberian Plain, 2 km from the left bank of the Irtysh River [2] . The height of the center is 88 meters above sea level [3] . Common chernozems are common in the vicinity of the village [4] .
By road, the village is located 53 km from the regional center of Omsk and 13 km from the regional center of the village of Tavricheskoe [5] .

The climate is sharply continental, with significant temperature differences throughout the year (according to the classification of Köppen climates - humid continental climate (Dfb) with warm summers and cold and long winters). The long-term rainfall is 383 mm. Most precipitation falls in July - 61 mm, the least in March - 13 mm. The average annual temperature is positive and amounts to +1.4 C, the average January temperature is −17.4 C, July +19.7 C [3] .

History
It was founded in 1894 as the capture of the Telegin brothers, who arrived from central Russia and rented land from the colonel of the Siberian Cossack army Belyaev. By the surname of the brothers, the resulting settlement was called Telegino [7] .
After the revolution, the Telegins economy was nationalized. In 1919, a state farm named after Lobkov was organized on its basis. Four large adobe houses (barracks) were built at the Lobkov state farm, which housed an office, a canteen, a hostel and several apartments for family workers. A brick school was built for the children. Closer to Irtysh there is a dairy farm and a small brick factory [8] .
In 1937, the Lobkov state farm was annexed to state farm No. 26, in the same year renamed in honor of the Minister of State Farms Comrade. Kharlamov. New schools, a club, a canteen were built, new equipment was bought, housing for workers was built [8] . Obviously, at the same time, the village that became the central estate of the Kharlamov state farm was named Kharlamovo .
In the year of World War II, about 250 people died and went missing. In 1957, as part of a campaign to consolidate farms, the Kharlamovsky state farm joined them. 17th party congress (settlements of the Sibkommun , Nikolaevka, Kamyshino, Fadino, Bodrovo). In 1959, the state farm to them. Kharlamov was transferred directly to the Kirov Agricultural Institute, the farm became known as farm number 2 [7] .
