Biography
Since 1925 he worked as a master of a vocational school.
Since 1931 he joined the CPSU (B.) , Propagandist instructor of the district party committee.
Since 1938 - the third, then second secretary of the Kirillovsky district party committee (Vologda Oblast).
In 1940 he graduated from the Higher School of Party Organizers of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks and was sent as secretary of the Yaskinsky district committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of the Karelian-Finnish SSR .
In 1941 - Secretary of the Party Bureau of the Russian Diesel Plant in Leningrad.
In 1942, he was the head of the pulp and paper industry department of the Karelian-Finnish SSR, deputy head of the organizational department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus (KFSSR) .
Since 1945 - First Secretary of the Sortavala City Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of the KFSSR.
Since 1948 - Deputy Head of the Department of Party, Trade Union and Komsomol bodies of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of the Karelian-Finnish SSR
From 1950 to 1951 - Second Secretary of the Petrozavodsk City Committee KP (b) KFSSR.
Since 1951 - Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Petrozavodsk City Council of People's Deputies [1] .
From 1953 to July 4, 1960 - head of the instructor department, referent of the Council of Ministers of the KFSR (since 1956 - the Karelian ASSR).
Member of the Supreme Council of the KFSSR of the second and third convocations, member of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Karelian-Finnish SSR, deputy of the Sortavala and Petrozavodsk city councils [2] [3] .
