Bluestone State Park is a state park in Summers County, West Virginia , in the United States. It covers an area of 872 hectares. Located along the western shores of Bluestone Lake, the water reserve of the New River River , erected and supervised by the US Corps of Engineers. The park and lake were named after the Bluestone River, which flows into the New River River in the park.

The park has 26 cabins, a campground with 77 campsites, a pool, a picnic area and a boat rental. In 2005, accessibility to the park for the disabled was assessed by specialists from the University of West Virginia. The tent camp, picnic area, pool and playground were praised. problems were found only with the difficulty of parking cars in a special parking lot.
In nearby Grandview Park, musical performances are organized based on real historical events that took place in these parts in the 19th century. It's about the so-called feuds of the Huttfields and McCoys . 10 kilometers south of Bluestone, on the territory of the Papstheim Nature Reserve, a resort operates. To the north of the park is the Bluestone Dam and New River Gorge National Park, where tourists can enjoy rafting and canoeing. Of particular note is the local Sandstone Falls waterfall. Bluestone Park is also a famous fishing destination.
