Biography
Dmitry Yaremchuk was born on February 19, 1976 , with. Pylypets , Mezhgorsky district , Transcarpathian region , Ukraine . Father Nazary Yaremchuk , People's Artist of Ukraine , mother Elena Shevchenko [2] , singer, soloist of VIA Smerichka .
From childhood, he studied music, sang in the choir, was the soloist of the children's vocal and instrumental ensemble.
1992 - graduated with honors from a general education and music school in piano.
1996 - graduated with honors from the Chernivtsi State Music College named after S. Vorobkevich , faculty of “theory of music”.
1997 - participation in the festive programs “Days of Ukrainian Culture in the Republic of Uzbekistan ”.
2001 - graduated from the National Music Academy of Ukraine named after P.I. Tchaikovsky , vocal department, class of Konstantin Ognevoy, Gennady Kabka.
2002 - together with his brother Nazariy Yaremchuk (younger) he became the founder of the song festival "Rodina" named after Nazariy Yaremchuk [3] , dedicated to the memory and work of his father Nazary Yaremchuk .
2012 - took part in the national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 , in which he reached the final with the song “Mom” (music and lyrics by N. Yaremchuk ).
He participated in various concert programs and tours of the international festival " Slavic Bazaar ", the song festival "Rodina", Charity tours of the "Hope and Goodness" foundation, and the international tour "My Ukraine is a Great Motherland" ( 2015 ).
He has toured in the following countries: USA - 2008 , 2012 , 2015 , Italy - 2009 , Russia - 2002 , Israel , Uzbekistan - 1997 , Czech Republic - 2015 , Portugal , Spain , France , Great Britain .
