Biography

Born in Philadelphia, in the state of Pennsylvania on December 23, 1927. After studying at the Norwood Academy and he enrolled at the in . He defended his master 's degree in political science at the University of Pennsylvania and continued his studies at the [2] .

On May 10, 1952, he was ordained a priest and was appointed chief curator of all Catholic schools in Philadelphia.
