Biography
Club career
In 2001, he played for the Andorran club Constellas Esportiva . As part of the team, he spent 2 matches in the qualifying round of the UEFA Cup against the Spanish “ Rayo Vallecano ” [2] . The Andorran team lost with a total score (0:16).
In 2004, he became a Rangers player. Together with the team, he twice became the champion and owner of the Andorra Cup . Sanchez also participated in 2 Intertoto Cup qualification games. Xavier Sanchez played the match against the Austrian Sturm (1: 1), which ended in the first draw for the Andorran teams in European competition [3] .
From 2007 to 2010 he played for Andorra from the capital of the principality of the same name, which played in the lower divisions of Spain. In the summer of 2010, he became a player in Santa Coloma . As part of the team, he became the champion and owner of the Principality Cup. Head coach David Rodrigo fired Sanchez at the end of the game in extra time instead of Fernando Silva . The meeting ended with the defeat of the Andorrans with a score (1: 2) [5] .
