The Union of Football Federations of the Urals and Western Siberia (MRO Ural and Western Siberia) is an interregional association conducting competitions among amateur football clubs. Established on November 29, 1994 . The structure includes football federations of the following constituent entities of the Russian Federation:
- Republic of Bashkortostan - Championship of Bashkortostan , Cup of Bashkortostan
- Perm Krai - Perm Krai Championship, Perm Krai Cup
- Kurgan Region - Championship of the Kurgan Region , Cup of the Kurgan Region
- Omsk Region - Omsk Region Championship, Omsk Region Cup
- Sverdlovsk Region - Championship of the Sverdlovsk Region , Cup of the Sverdlovsk Region
- Tyumen region - Championship of the Tyumen region , Cup of the Tyumen region
- Chelyabinsk Region - Chelyabinsk Region Championship, Chelyabinsk Region Cup
