History
The village near the village of Lyubuchany is located on the left bank of the Rozhayka River. In the Nikonovo area on the right bank of Rozhayka there are seven mounds of the Vyatichi era, the archaeological excavations of which were carried out in 1924 by A.V. Artsikhovsky [4] . Nikonovo is a family nest of the ancient Russian noble family Vlasov. Whose roots come from the Minin family , as well as the Arkhangelsk and Bolkhov merchants. A striking representative of the family ties of this great and noble family is the Russian Soviet writer, literary critic, publicist Abramov Fedor Alexandrovich .
Geographical location
The village is located in the south of the region at a distance of thirty-four kilometers from the Moscow ring.
