The administrative center is the working village of Romanovka .
History
The status and boundaries of the urban settlement are established by the Law of the Saratov Region dated December 27, 2004 No. 102-ЗСО “On municipalities that are part of the Romanovsky municipal district” [3] .
In 2013, the Krasnolimansky and Romanovsk municipalities were transformed by combining them into the Romanovsk municipal formation with the status of an urban settlement with an administrative center in the working village of Romanovka [4] .
