Ordinary cyclurus [1] ( lat. Cyclura cychlura ) is a species of lizard from the iguana family.

The species is endemic to the Bahamas. It is found on the islands of Andros and Exuma . There are three known populations on the island of Andros and 13 populations on Exum.
The total population of the species is less than 5000 individuals: of which 4000 live on Andros, and about 1000 individuals live on Exum.
The lizard inhabits dry pine forests, bushes and coastal vegetation. It feeds on plant foods. Adults hide in cracks of rocks, limestone or burrows built in sandy soils. Young lizards live on trees.
