Willie Trill Cauley-Stein ( born Willie Durmond Cauley, Jr .; born August 18, 1993 ) is an American professional basketball player who plays for the National Basketball Association team Sacramento Kings . Plays in the center position. At the level of student teams, he played for Kentucky Wildcats .

Content
Early life
Coley-Stein attended Olate Northwest High School in Olivet , Kansas , where he played for the local basketball team and the American football team . In his third year of high school, he averaged 15.8 points per game and made 8.5 rebounds.
After graduating from school, the Rivals.com website gave Willie four stars and put him in 9th place among center students and 40th among 2012 graduates [1] .
Professional career
On June 25, 2015, Coli-Stein was selected for the NBA draft under the common sixth number by the Sacramento Kings club [2] , and on July 16 he signed a rookie contract with the team [3] . Already in the very first game of the season, Willie made his debut in the NBA and during the time spent on the site, scored 2 points and made 2 rebounds [4] . In the next game, which was held on October 30 against the Los Angeles Lakers , Coley-Stein came out in the starting lineup and scored 17 and made 9 rebounds. [5] On December 3, he dislocated the index finger of his right hand and dropped out of the gameplay for four to six weeks [6] . The return of Coley-Stein took place on January 2, 2016, when he played the last five minutes of the match against the Phoenix Suns [7] . On January 21, he made his first double-double in his career, gaining 12 points in a match against Atlanta Hawks and making 11 rebounds. [8] On March 25, in a match against the Phoenix Suns, with 26 points, Willie set a personal performance record [9] . According to the results of the debut season in the NBA, Koli-Stein was included in the second NBA rookie team [10] .
After leaving the team of Demarkus Cousins, Cole-Stein began to receive more playing time and on February 23, 2017 he set a personal performance record, gaining 39 points in the match against Denver Nuggets . [11]
Personal life
On May 1, 2015, Willie filed an official name change request. Thus, he wanted to thank his mother and relatives who raised him after his father left him at an early age. He also added the middle name Trill, a nickname given to him by his friends [12] .
