Lutherswil was first mentioned in 1276 in the form of zu Lüterswyl , however, the original document was not preserved, the mention is only in a copy of the XVII century. The following mention in the form of ze Luterswile refers to 1369 [1] . Gehlivil was first mentioned in 1365 as Gechlenwil [2] .
