Biography
Club career
He began to play football in the children's team in Chelyabinsk in the sports club "Sunrise", the first coach V.N. Permyakov, after the tournament in Kaliningrad, moved to a Moscow sports boarding school. In 1988, as part of the RSFSR team, he became the champion of the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the USSR , which took place in Nizhny Novgorod . Since 1990, he played in the Astrakhan " Volgar ".
In the 1992/93 season, he played futsal for Chelyabinsk Phoenix and became the bronze medalist of the Russian championship with him.
In 1993, together with Volgar coach Vladimir Yuligin, he went to play in the Bulgarian club Dimitrovgrad . In 1994 he made his debut in the major league as part of the Stavropol Dynamo . In 1995-1997, he played for Samara's “ Wings of the Soviets ”. In 1998 he became the top scorer of FC Torpedo Moscow . After that, he was invited to Moscow by Spartak , which included spent three seasons, becoming the three-time national champion.
In 2007, he played as part of the Kazakhstan club " Astana " [1] . In 2008, he performed at the club of the first division of Russia SKA-Energy ( Khabarovsk ), also acting as a coach. At the end of June 2008, he decided to end his playing career and left SKA-Energy. In January 2009 he began training at the Higher School of Economics (Higher School of Trainers).
June 4, 2009 was declared as a midfield player in the Moscow “ Torpedo ”, who played in the championship of Russia among LFK .
Coaching career
In mid-July 2009, Bulatov’s entry into the coaching staff of the Novorossiysk Chornomorets was announced [2] .
November 11, 2009 was appointed head coach of the Smolensk "Dnipro" from the second division, the zone "Center". In this post, he replaced Armen Adamyan [3] . On June 5, 2012 Bulatov left Dnipro, writing a letter of resignation of his own free will. The reason for the statement was a conflict with the leadership of the team, in particular with Lev Platonov [4] . Under his leadership, in the 2011/12 season, Dnipro took the highest place in its history in the Russian championship - fourth.
After being dismissed from Smolensk, Dnipro became an assistant to the head coach at FC Khimki .
October 2, 2012 Bulatov began to work as the head coach of the Penza "Zenith" [5] .
Since 2014, he was the head coach of the youth team of the Tula Arsenal .
On June 15, 2015, he was appointed head coach of Arsenal instead of Dmitry Alenichev, who left for Spartak Moscow [6] . In February 2016, he was removed from his post [7] , although at that time the Tula took third place in the FNL standings [8] .
From May 5, 2016 to June 1, 2017 he headed the Moscow Torpedo [9] [10] (zone “Center” of the PFL Championship ).
In January-April 2018, he trained the “ Seagull ” from Peschanokopsky [11] (zone “South” of the PFL).
In May 2018, he was appointed head coach of the Spartak-2 club Moscow [12] .
