History

The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Omsk Region dated July 30, 2004 No. 548-OZ “On the Borders and Status of Municipalities of the Omsk Region” [2] .

Gender composition

According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, in the gender structure of the population of 2383 people, 1151 men, 1232 women (48.3 and 51.7%, respectively) [3]

National composition

According to the results of the 2002 census , in the national structure of the population, Kazakhs and Russians make up the majority in two settlements, the Germans in one (the village of Novoskatovka) [10] .
