Short Biography
Since 1958, as part of a trio of bandura-players “Dneprjanka” (with Eleanor Mironyuk and Yulia Gamova), she has been performing on the Kiev stage, since 1965 at the Kiev State Philharmonic. The repertoire includes the work of modern composers.
Participant in the liquidation of the Chernobyl accident . Now participates in the activities of the Chernihiv society of Kiev. Photograph of Valentina Parkhomenko is in the Monastery School.
