ARI-Armaturen

The plant was founded in 1877 in the town of Stukenbrock as a metallurgical production called Brechmann Guss . At the time of its founding, the company employed 190 people. In 1950 , Albert Richter founded the company-manufacturer of fittings and pipe fittings ARI-Armaturen Albert Richter GmbH & Co. KG, of which Brechmann Guss soon became the main supplier of molds and blanks. In 1952 , ARI-Armaturen was taken over by its supplier, Brechmann Guss, but the company’s management decided to retain the original name ^{[1] [2]} .

1958 - product line amounted to 300 positions;

1969 - in the city of Holzhausen ( it. Holzhausen ) filed for bankruptcy the company Warsteiner Eisenwerke . ARI-Armaturen acquired a part of the real estate and launched the production of fittings for industrial needs. The output of the second plant amounted to 1,400 positions ^[3] ;

1999 - integration into the ARI Group of AWH Armaturenwerk Halle GmbH (AWH), founded in 1878 , Halle (Saxony) - a manufacturer of systems for condensate drainage;

2002 - integration into the ARI Group of the company Wittler Armaturen GmbH, founded in 1838 ;

2007 - more than 700 employees; the product line consists of 10,000 positions with more than 100,000 variants.

As of 2014 , ARI-Armaturen employs over 5,000 professionals. The company has offices in China, Denmark, France, Great Britain, India, Italy, Malaysia, Austria, Singapore, Spain, the USA and the United Arab Emirates. Since 2009, ARI-Armaturen is represented in Russia by a subsidiary company ARI-Armaturen RUS, which has representative offices in 9 cities ^{[4] [5] [6]} .

The Brechmann Guss metallurgical production has also continued its work since its inception. The plant produces specialized castings with a complex internal geometry. In addition to the needs of ARI-Armaturen, housings for pipe fittings are manufactured by others and manufacturers, such as: SAMSON AG , Hora (Holter Regelarmaturen GmbH & Co. KG) , Danfoss , etc. Also Brechmann Guss manufactures wheel sets for Deutsche Bahn and other parts for trains ^{[7] [8]} .

Production is carried out at 3 factories of the company, located in Germany , in the cities:

• Schloss-Holte-Stukenbrock ( him. Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock ), where the company's headquarters and the production of equipment in sizes from 15 to 200 mm;
• Holzhausen ( German Holzhausen ), where large-scale production is concentrated with frame sizes up to 1200 mm;
• Halle ( him. Halle (Saale) ), where is located in 1999 integrated into the group of ARI plant for the production of traps and related accessories AWH Armaturenwerk Halle GmbH.

ANSI equipment is manufactured at a manufacturing site in the US state of California . In other countries there is no production capacity.

The company covers a total area of ​​51,000 m², the production area is 14,000 m², and the office area is 4,000 m². A significant part of the products goes to the German domestic market, about 50% of the company's products are exported to such countries as Russia , Ukraine , European Union countries, the USA , China and others.

According to the portal Armtorg.ru in Europe , the market share of ARI-Armaturen reaches 35-40% ^[9] .

ARI-Armaturen collaborates worldwide with leading global manufacturers of boilers and heating system components for various types of buildings and structures, such as Viessmann , Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH , LOOS International , in the provision of knowledge and engineering solutions. ^{[10] [11]} .

The company was founded as a family business and continues to be a family business.

The company conducts audits and provides comprehensive solutions for steam systems. The basis of the work made decisions on heat transfer, equipment maintenance, integrated engineering and technical solutions.

ARI-Armaturen worldwide conducts training seminars for users of steam and condensate systems and specialists of design organizations, allowing them to solve problems for the technologies of the food, metallurgical and petrochemical industries. In total, training is provided for more than 43,000 industry professionals each year ^[13] . For the target audience, a printed publication is published: A Practical Guide to Steam and Condensate. Requirements and Conditions for Safe Operation, which is used and distributed in educational programs.

At industrial sites ARI-Armaturen undergo industrial testing scientific developments. At a specialized pilot industrial stand that simulates a steam and condensate system, non-standard operating modes are tested. The result of such events is the improvement and modernization of the internal geometry of equipment parts. The company also carries out the implementation of the calorimetric method for measuring heat loss in the engineering systems of enterprises.
