Biography
Club career
He made his debut in " Bukovina " in the season - 1981 . In 1985 he became the team's top scorer. In the "Bukovina" was the champion and silver medalist of the Ukrainian SSR championship , the winner of the second league of the USSR and Ukraine , the silver medalist of the first league of Ukraine . In 1990 he became captain of the "Bukovina", which hit the first league of the USSR championship . Debut for the charges of Efim Shkolnikova turned out to be successful - 5th place in the standings, and Victor recorded 11 goals in 36 matches. In total for "Bukovina" spent 395 matches in which he scored more than 100 goals. His last game in the team took place on March 28, 2004.
He played in the teams " Podillya " (Khmelnitsky), " Metallurg " (Zaporizhia), " Chernomorets " (Odessa). Speaking in "Metallurg" spent 40 matches in the first league of the USSR and 4 matches in the cup . As part of Chernomorets, he played 63 matches in which he scored 13 goals (53 (9) - the Highest League of Ukraine , 10 (4) - the cup ).
In early 1992, he left to play in the Israel’s second division club Hakoah (Ramat Gan), where in the first 2 seasons he scored 18 goals in 46 matches. Then there was a short break, but soon Victor continued to play for Hakoah - 31 games, 11 goals. At the end of the 1994/95 season, in which, together with the team won the bronze championship awards, he returned to Bukovina .
In total, for his 23-year-old player career, he played more than 620 official matches in which he scored more than 150 goals.
Coaching career
Coaching career began in 2006 in the futsal club " Mercury ", where he worked until the summer of 2007. During 2007-2009, he served as head coach of "Bukovina". In the years 2009-2013 again was the coach of the mini-football club “Mercury”, who, under his leadership, received a ticket to the Major League. Since 2013 - coach of the mini-football club " Sportleader + ", who, under his leadership, in the 2014/15 season, won the silver medals of the Higher League . At the end of the season he left the post of head coach. In the summer of 2015, he headed the coaching staff of his native Bukovyna , although he had a proposal to head the Belarusian futsal club [1] . At the end of May 2016, he decided to resign.
At the end of August 2017, for the third time in his coaching career, he headed his home team [2] , which he decided to leave at his own will [3] in early December 2018. Under his leadership, “Bukovina” until the end of the 2017/18 season played 23 official matches ( 9 wins, 6 draws, 8 defeats ) and took the sixth place in their group, at the same time in one of the regular rounds of the Second League of Ukraine was recognized as the best mentor ( The best coach of the 14th round of the Second League 2017/18 ) [4] . And in the summer-autumn part of the 2018/19 season, the team under his leadership spent 18 games ( 3 wins, 3 draws and 12 losses ) and went to the last line in the same group for the winter off-season, the result was not the best in the cup either - departure from the tournament at the first stage.
