Jens Harald Christensen ( Dates Jens Harald Christensen , January 4, 1884 - August 8, 1959 ), later known as Harold Mike Howard, is a Danish and American Greco-Roman wrestler, world and European champion.

Biography
Born in 1884 in Copenhagen . In 1907 he became the silver medalist of the unofficial European Championship, in the same year he won the World Championship. In 1908, he became the bronze medalist of the World Cup, but took only 17th place at the Olympic Games in London . In 1909 he won the unofficial European Championship. In 1910 he became the bronze medalist of the World Championship and the unofficial European Championship. In 1911, he won the first ever official European championship. In 1912 he took part in the Olympic Games in Stockholm , but unsuccessfully. In 1913 he became the silver medalist of the unofficial European Championship.
In 1915 he emigrated to the United States, where he became known as Harold Mike Howard . In 1921-1952 he worked as a trainer at the University of Iowa .
