Xi (ruler of Bohai)

Xi (personal name Yan-i ) ( cor. Hee-wang \ Ony) is the eighth emperor of the Bohai state, who ruled in 813-817 [1] . The motto of the board is Zhu-chue ( cor. Chudzhak) [1] .
