Biography
After graduating from college he served in the Red Army . [1] . Member of the CPSU (b) since 1945.
After returning to Baku (early 1948), he was appointed foreman of the 2nd brigade of the 3rd field of the Leninneft trust. He became the initiator of the Stakhanov movement and innovation. He proposed combining two teams - for oil production and repair of underground wells. Also offered a system of bonuses and awards. Headed the combined brigade, significantly increased production.
Subsequently - the chief engineer of the 6th field of Leninneft.
Awards and Prizes
- Stalin Prize of the Third Degree (1950) - for organizing complete settlement crews and increasing the overhaul period of oil wells
- Honored Oilman of the USSR.
- Medal "For Courage" (3.5.1945; was presented to the Order of the Red Star)
- medal "For Military Merit" (08/21/1943)
