The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Kamchatka Region dated December 17, 2004 No. 238 “On Establishing the Borders of Municipalities Located on the Territory of the Aleutsky District of the Kamchatka Region, and on Giving them the Status of a Municipal District, a Rural Settlement” [3] .
