Gennady Ivanovich Krasheninnikov ( April 29, 1926 , Vyazma - March 9, 2009 , Moscow ) is a Russian scientist, a specialist in the field of detonation automation for testing nuclear charges.

Biography
Graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (1947).
In 1949-1969 worked at VNIIEF (All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics): research engineer, department head.
In 1969-2004 Head of the VNIIA Laboratory (All-Russian Research Institute of Automation named after Dukhov) - development of devices for nuclear energy, defense subjects.
Candidate of Technical Sciences (1963). He has patented several inventions, including a patent for a multi-channel generator [1] .
Rewards
- The USSR State Prize of 1962 for the development of automation of the detonation of nuclear charges.
- Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1954), Order of the Badge of Honor (1962), medal For Valiant Labor. In commemoration of the centenary of the birth of V. I. Lenin. "
