VTB United League 2015/2016 is the seventh official draw of the VTB United League, an international club basketball tournament among professional teams from Eastern and Northern Europe and Transcaucasia .

On July 19, 2015, the format and composition of the season participants were approved. The regular season started on October 3, 2015 and ended on April 24, 2016 , the playoffs took place in May-June 2016. For the third time in history, the VTB United Youth League Championship was held [1] [2] .

Format
As in the season 2014/2015 , 16 teams will take part in the tournament, which will play in a two-round roundabout . Eight best teams in the regular season will take part in the playoffs [1] .

In the season 2015/2016, the third draw of the VTB United Youth League is held - a tournament among the youth teams of 9 Russian clubs of the VTB United League. Also the youth team "Samara" took part in it.
Format
10 teams play 4 laps - paired matches at home and away. The regular season runs from October 27, 2015 to April 24, 2016 . The top 8 teams in the regular season went to the Final Eight.
In the final will be played from 1st to 8th places. At each stage, the winner is determined in one match. It will be held from 3 to 5 May 2016 in Samara .
