Club career
Brandur began his career in the Faroe Islands . Until 2010, he played for the youth team of the B71 club, and then joined the Copenhagen system. His debut in the Super League took place on April 13, 2015 in a match against Silkeborg [1] . In total, in his debut season, Brandur held seven meetings of the national championship and scored two goals in them. He started the 2015/15 season as a stock player.
Career in the national team
Brandur played for the youth and youth Faroese teams. His debut for the first national team of the country took place on October 11, 2014 in a match against the national team of Northern Ireland [2] . Despite the very small amount of time spent on the field, the player left a good impression and began to regularly go out as part of his national team. He scored his first goal for the national team on June 13, 2015 in the match against Greece [3] .
