Garcia, Mark

Marc García Renom ( Cat. Marc García Renom ; March 21, 1988, Andorra la Vella , Andorra ) is an Andorran footballer, midfielder of the Granollers Club and the Andorran national team . He played for the youth teams of Andorra up to 17 and up to 19 years old , as well as for the youth team up to 21 years old .

Biography

Club career

In 2008, he began his career at the Spanish club Eivissa-Ibis , playing in the lower leagues of Spain. The team also featured his compatriot Josep Gomez [1] . He spent the next season at the Fraga club. In the summer of 2010 he moved to Pomar , where he spent 27 matches and scored 1 goal. In the 2011/12 season, he played for Atletico Monson , along with other Andorians - Xavier and Marcio Vieira [2] . As part of Atlético, Garcia played in 29 meetings.

In 2012, he played for the Vic club, where he spent only 4 games. The team performed in the 5th group of the Spanish Tercera and left the tournament at the end of the season. In June 2013, Garcia became a player in the Lyagosters , who performed in Segund B [3] . Due to the club’s financial problems, the player was leased to Palamos [4] . In the camp of the team, in the 5th group, Tercera held 4 meetings.

In October 2013 he moved to another Tercera club, in Cerdanyola del Valles , where he played in 24 matches [5] . In August 2014, Garcia became a member of the Ruby team from Tercera [6] . Since 2016, he has been a Manleu player.

Team Career

He played for the youth team of Andorra under 17 and spent 6 matches in UEFA tournaments. For the national team under 19 years old he played 3 games [7] . From 2009 to 2010, he held 10 fights for the youth team of Andorra U21 [8] .

On May 29, 2010 he made his debut as a member of the Andorran national team in a friendly match with Iceland (0: 4), head coach Coldo released Garcia in 52 minutes instead of Jordi Rubio , but in 81 minutes Mark lost his place on the field to Alexandre Martinez [9] . In qualifying for the European Championship 2012, he spent 1 match [10] . In qualifying for the 2014 World Cup, Garcia played in all 10 meetings [11] .

In total for the national team of Andorra spent 33 matches.
