The commune is located approximately 650 km south of Paris , 150 km south of Bordeaux , 55 km north-west of Pau [1] .

In the north of the commune the river Gav de Pau flows.

Climate

The climate is warm oceanic [2] . Winters are mild, the average January temperature is from + 5 ° C to + 13 ° C, temperatures below –10 ° C are rare.
