He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers (1937).
He worked first in the People's Commissariat of the Uzbek SSR, then (1938-1948) at the Tashselmashzavod.
Since 1948, the head of the department of the GSKB on machines for cotton growing.
Lenin Prize of 1967 - for the development of the design, mass production and introduction of machines in agriculture of cotton-harvesting vertical-spindle double-row machines.
Honored Inventor of the Uzbek SSR (1964).
He was elected a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Uzbekistan.
