Biography
Pavel Aleksandrovich Yudin was born in a peasant family in the village of Mishunino, Bogorodsky district, Moscow province (currently the Shatursky district of the Moscow region ). He graduated from 7 classes of the school, factory school. He worked in the tractor team as an accountant.
In October 1941, the Krivandinsky district military enlistment office was drafted into the ranks of the Red Army . Since June 1942 on the fronts of World War II .
For the battle near the village and the MTS on February 5, 1944 , where he hit one firing point and destroyed 15 enemy soldiers by order of the regiment dated February 14, 1944, he was awarded the medal “For Courage” .
The gunner of the 45-mm gun guard Private Yudin March 7, 1944 in a battle 10 km south-west of the village of Nikolaevka, Dnipropetrovsk region , supporting infantry with fire, as part of the calculation burned 2 self-propelled assault guns. By order of the division of April 25, 1944, he was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.
On January 28, 1945, in the battles near the village of Gniezno on the outskirts of the city of Poznan, senior sergeant Yudin, commanding the calculation, crushed 7 machine gun points, burned an armored personnel carrier, smashed 2 carts of ammunition, and destroyed a large number of enemy soldiers. By order of the army of April 18, 1945, he was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.
On April 30, 1945, in the battles on the streets of Berlin with his calculation, the commander of the 45-mm gun, Yudin, crushed 6 machine-gun points and the enemy’s gun. On May 1, he, with his well-aimed fire, defeated an enemy observation post and a car. From personal weapons, Yudin destroyed 6 enemy soldiers. He was wounded, but did not leave the battle. By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 15, 1946, Senior Sergeant Yudin was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree.
Personal life
In 1946, he was discharged, returned to his homeland. He lived in the city of Roshal, Shatursky district, worked as a mechanic at a chemical plant.
Pavel Aleksandrovich Yudin died on July 15, 1983 .
