Has a harmony similar to the Canon of Pachelbel . In the video clip for the song, Scatman stands in front of the camera in various locations and tells about the problems of the world, and also invites the listener to go with him to the utopian country of Scatland. The song makes fun of the meaningless division of the modern world into cultures and races .
The composition took the 10th position in the British chart [1] and conquered the tops of the charts of Belgium, Germany, Spain, Finland and France. In the same year, the single received a platinum certificate of sales in Germany [2] and a gold certificate in Austria, France and Switzerland.
