Sports Biography
In 1996, Danilo Caro made his debut at the Summer Olympics . In the competitions in the ladder, the Colombian shooter scored 118 points, which allowed him to take only 31st place. In 1999, Danilo confidently won the Pan American Games in the ladder competitions.
At the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Caro took part in two disciplines. In the gangway, the Colombian shooter only in a shootout lost the ticket to the finals and took the final 7th place. In the double trap, the result was less successful and Karo, gaining 120 points, became only 23rd. At the 2003 Pan American Games , Caro was once again in the top three, winning a bronze medal.
At the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Karo again took part only in the gangway. These Games were the most unfortunate for the Colombian. In the preliminary round, Danilo was able to score only 108 points and with this result he took only 33rd place.
The next time, at the Summer Olympics, Caro performed only in 2012 in London , where he qualified for a silver medal at the 2011 Pan American Games . He also tried to qualify for the double-ladder, but could not pass the qualification selection. In the competitions in the ladder, the Colombian shooter again could not get into the finals. With 115 points, Danilo took only 29th place.
