The university was founded in 1954, originally called the Beijing Pedagogical Institute (北京 师范 学院), the current name was received in 1993 [2] . The rector is Gong Huili (宫 辉 力) [3] . The main building of the University is located at: Beijing, Haidian District , Xi San Huan Bei Lu (西 三环 北路), 105.
