Henry II von Stade (c. 1102 - December 4, 1128 ) - Margrave of the Northern mark since 1115. The son of Udo III von Stade and his wife Irmengarda von Pleckau, daughter of Count Dietrich . Count Stade under the name of Henry IV since 1106.

In 1115 he received the Northern Mark in flax , which had previously been owned by his uncle Rudolph, who fell into disgrace with the emperor and was removed from office.
In 1123, he opposed the Duke of Saxony, but soon made peace with him.
He died in 1128, leaving no offspring. He was married to Adelheid, sister of Albrecht the Bear . Widowed, she married Werner von Wertheim, Earl of Osterburg
