The 2nd Posavskaya Light Infantry Brigade ( Serb. Druga Posavska Laka Peshadiјsk Brigade ) is a unit of the Republika Srpska Army that participated in the Bosnian War [2] [3] .

History
The brigade was formed on May 18, 1992 [2] . That year, she participated in the organization of the “corridor of life” for the Bosnian Serbs, defended the line with a length of 142 km [2] . The first commander of the brigade was Colonel Mile Beronya [1] , the second - Tsvetko Savich [2] . From 1992 to 1995, 7 thousand people served in the brigade, of which 448 people died, 927 were injured, and three were missing [2] .
The brigade included a separate battalion under the command of Colonel Milan Josic , cavalier of the Order of Nemanich II degree [4] . The brigade also had a tank battalion [5] .
