Biography
Rod December 5, 1741, mind. June 6, 1822, in St. Petersburg. In 1756, he was determined by the cadet in the land gentry corps , after which he was promoted to officer and in 1764 was appointed adjutant to the corps, and in 1768 transferred to the army as captain. In 1769, he participated in the Turkish campaign and was in a battle during the capture of Khotin, and in 1770 he was dismissed from service with the rank of second major.
In 1778, at the opening of the Pskov governorship, he was elected as an assessor in the Upper Zemsky Court, in 1780 he was appointed to the same court as a prosecutor with the rank of collegiate assessor, and in 1783 as an adviser to the Pskov viceroyal board. By the highest decree on October 17, 1783, Bekleshov was appointed the second chairman of the Pskov Upper Zemsky Court, and on January 30, 1794 - the chairman of the Pskov Chamber of the Civil Court. On February 28 of the following year, he was determined a lieutenant of the governor of Pskov governorate, i.e., vice-governor.
Born in active state councilors, Bekleshov was appointed Pskov civil governor on September 5, 1798, was granted secret adviser on July 9, 1800, and was dismissed from service on December 26, 1800. By the highest decree on December 15, 1803, Bekleshov was appointed to be present in the Senate, in the 2nd department. In 1810 he was transferred to the I department of the 5th department, in which he remained until his death. In addition, on August 29, 1316, he was ordered to attend the committee specially established under the Senate for the equation of the entire Zemstvo duties.
Bekleshov was buried in the Alexander Nevsky Lavra (a granite monument in the form of an obelisk) with his wife Anna Ivanovna Baykova, nee. Neronova (1753-1805).
