The 16th Youth Ice Hockey World Championship was held in the German cities of Füssen and Kaufbeuren from December 26, 1991 to January 4, 1992 . The title of world champion was played by eight teams in a circular system. The victory was won by the hockey players of the CIS team , the 2nd place was taken by the Swedish team . Bronze medals went to the US team .
