The status and boundaries of a rural settlement are established by the Law of the Chita Region dated May 19, 2004 “On the Establishment of Borders, the Names of the Newly Established Municipalities and the Granting of Their Status to a Rural, Urban Settlement in the Chita Region” [2] .
