Motives
On the same day it became known that the suspect in the murder of Wester Flanagan ( born Vester Lee Flanagan II , born October 8, 1973) committed suicide [7] and died in hospital [8] .
This murder could be the “response” to the murder in Charleston - almost two hours after the shooting, a 23-page fax came to the editors of ABC News [9] , in which Flanegan reports that his act was a reaction to racism in a church in Charleston . Also in this message, Flanegan said that this is his dying note for friends and family, which emphasizes that he suffered from racial discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying at work because he was a black man [10] .
