Content
History
Street originated in the 1950s. Since 1957, it was called Osipovsky lane [1] , in honor of the nineteenth-century Russian mathematician Timofey Osipovsky . The modern name is given in honor of the Soviet Ukrainian artist Gregory Svetlitsky - since 1961 [2] . In the 1960s, the street was extended to Liberty Avenue , in the 1970s - to modern dimensions.
Development
The street begins with the private sector, where the houses do not belong to this street, then it goes into the building of 5- and 9-storey buildings of Khrushchev , after crossing the Liberty Avenue there is a non-residential building (garages and now offices, where Esmash had previously been).
