PJSC Morion is a Russian research and production enterprise specializing in the development, production and maintenance of telecommunication equipment. The structure of the enterprise has its own R&D unit. The company independently performs technological operations of surface mounting of printed circuit boards , assembly, testing and testing of electronic equipment.

Content
History
- January 1, 1957 - the launch of the Perm Perm Telecommunications Equipment Plant. The first products are cable entry racks.
- 1961 - serial production of three-channel equipment for compaction of intra-district communications.
- 1965 - mastering the production of equipment for onboard cable networks for rockets developed by Mikhail Yangel .
- 1971 - an experimental design bureau (later a research institute ) was established at Tak Design Bureau. The digital high-frequency sealing equipment “Kama” has been developed.
- 1974 - Digital compaction equipment ICM-30 based on pulse-code modulation technology was developed.
- 1975 - the equipment of the enterprise provides communication between the joint flight of the Soyuz-19 and Apollo (EPAS) spacecraft.
- 1980 - the implementation of the Olympic order to provide 6,000 telephone channels, 500 broadcast channels and 2,000 channels for the main computing center.
- 1981 - the plant was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor for its contribution to the development of communication technologies. The number of employees reaches 10 thousand people.
- 1983 - release of portable VHF radio receivers "Junior" and "Iren", cassette recorders "Morion MP-101".
- 1984 - production of the full audio-frequency amplifier “Pulsar U-001-stereo” [3] was launched.
- 1985 - the fourth generation of equipment for digital sealing systems IKM-30-4 was developed, which becomes the basis of urban and rural automatic telephone exchanges throughout the USSR. About 70% of all channel-forming communications equipment of the USSR is produced at the Perm ADF plant.
- 1993 - Transformation of the plant into Morion Open Joint-Stock Company .
- 1998 - launch of the first automated line for surface mounting of printed circuit boards.
- 2000 - the company's developers mastered the technology of HDSL , ADSL , ISDN , ATM . The switching station KSM-400 was developed, which received widespread adoption on Russian railways.
- 2006 - the equipment of the enterprise provides communication at the G8 summit in St. Petersburg.
- 2011 - TDMoIP communication equipment was developed .
- 2013 - the implementation of the Olympic order for the supply of communication equipment [4] .
- 2014 - Morion OJSC was recognized as the best enterprise in Perm in terms of production efficiency and solving social issues in the nomination “Production of electrical equipment, electronic and optical equipment” [5] .
- 2015 - an agreement was signed to launch the assembly line of TV set-top boxes under the license of the Korean company Kaon Media Inc [6] .
Owners
The number of shares as of December 31, 2015 was 164.64 million shares.
Since November 25, 2016 , it has been controlled by Perm entrepreneur and deputy Andrey Kuzyaev through Rubikon LLC, which owns 82.34% of the capital [7] .
10.66% is owned by the Cyprus offshore Wincroft Limited.
Other shareholders own 7% of the shares.
The total number of shareholders with non-zero balances in the register as of 01.10.2016 is 1221 persons.
Ordinary shares are traded on the Moscow Exchange under the ticket.

The company operates in three areas:
- Engineering: pre-design studies, development of hardware and software systems, components and integrated solutions for communication and automation systems;
- Production and testing: single and serial production of telecommunication equipment and electronics, including surface mounting of printed circuit boards, assembly, configuration and testing of electronic equipment;
- Service: installation and commissioning of communication and automation equipment, training of staff, maintenance of repairs.
PJSC Morion is included in the consolidated register of organizations of the defense industry of the Russian Federation [8] . The company is a regular participant in the annual industry exhibition Svyaz-Expocomm ( Expocenter ) [9] .
