Toponymy
The name of the village comes from the river Tashkupurkherk. Tashkupurkherk in translation from the Kumyk language means "stone bridge" ("tash" - stone, "kepyur" - bridge) [2] .
Geography
The village is located on the river. Tashkapurk, 17 km west of the district center of Levashe [3] .
