Biography

Born in 1949. Ukrainian. In 1991 he graduated from the Chisinau Agricultural Institute. M.V. Frunze, majoring in mechanical engineer.

In 1966, he began working as a locksmith, then worked as a driver in the city department of public education of Tiraspol . In 1971 he graduated from the Tiraspol Technological College, after which he worked as a mechanic at the im. V.I. Lenin in the village of Parkany, Slobodzeysky district of the MSSR .

From 1975 to 1981, he worked as deputy head of the mechanization department and then as deputy director of the Tiraspol plant of concrete goods-6. From 1981 to 1987, he worked as the chief engineer of the Tiraspol automobile depot and then the head of the mechanic column of the inter-collective farm building association (MSO).

In 1987, he was elected the head of the Bytkompleks household appliance repair company in Tiraspol, which later became the Mestprombyt production association.

Activities in 1989-1991

Since August 1989 - co-chair of the Joint Council of Labor Collectives of Tiraspol ( Strike Committee).

The strikers opposed the nationalist bills of the Supreme Council of the Moldavian SSR , which, according to the leaders of the Joint Council of Labor Collectives (OSTK), could lead to ethnic discrimination in the exercise of the right to work [2] , [3] , [4] .

Despite the strikes, on August 31, 1989, the Supreme Council of Moldova granted the Moldovan language the status of the state language, which led to new, even more powerful strikes.

From September 3 to November 29, 1990 ( for the period of elections to the Supreme Council of the Primary Soviet Socialist Republic ) there was a Provisional Government (Council of Ministers) of the unrecognized Primary Soviet Socialist Republic consisting of nine members, of which A.E. Saidakov was appointed by the Presidium of the Provisional Supreme Council of the Transnistrian Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic .

From November 1990 to the murder in 1998, he was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the PMR .

From August 29, 1991 to October 1, 1991, when the chairman of the unrecognized Transnistrian Moldavian Soviet Socialist Republic, Igor Smirnov (who is also the chairman of the Tiraspol City Council of People's Deputies), was in the dungeons of Chisinau , A. E. Saidakov [5] by decision of the extraordinary session of Tiraspol City Council was elected the head of the Tiraspol City Council of People’s Deputies [6] . Activities 1992–1998

In 1992, he became the creator of the Ministry of Local Economy and Transport of the PMR, which he directed until 1996. During the armed conflict in Transnistria, after the tragedy in Dubossary on 03/14/1992 [8] [9] [10] he was sent by the President of the PMR to the neighboring district center of Grigoriopol in the rank of representative of the President of the PMR in the Grigoriopol direction , where he was until the end of the war on August 1 1992 year.

Then he returned to Tiraspol, where he continued his work on managing the work of transport and housing and communal services of the PMR. In 1993, he became one of the creators of the concept of housing and communal reform in the PMR [11] .

He was twice elected deputy of the Tiraspol City Council in 1990 and 1995. Since June 23, 1997 - Minister of the Republican Economy and Transport and Road Facilities of Transdniestria [1] , which he directed until the end of 1997. After that, he decided to focus on work in the commissions of the Tiraspol City Council of People's Deputies.

In 1992, he created (and before the assassination in 1998 he headed) the Transnistrian branch of the Russian political party LDPR [12] .

In 1998, he died and was mortally wounded during the attempted assassination of opponents of the PMR independence in his office in the Tiraspol City Council of People’s Deputies [12] .

Rewards

He made a great personal contribution to the creation, organization and development of the unrecognized state of the Transnistrian Moldavian Republic . He was awarded the Order “For Personal Courage”, the medal “To the Defender of Transnistria” and others [13] , [14] .
