Rhodium (V) fluoride forms dark red monoclinic crystals, space group P 2 1 / a , cell parameters a = 1.23376 nm, b = 0.99173 nm, c = 0.55173 nm, β = 100.42 ° , Z = 8, structure of osmium pentafluoride type OsF 5 [2] . The crystals are composed of [RhF 5 ] 4 tetramers.
